1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you register for a class there are no cancellations or refunds.

2. You may reschedule a class up to 5 days prior to the class without penalty. If you wish reschedule a class within 5 days of the class, you will be charged a $40 reschedule fee.

3. If you do not attend the scheduled class ("no show") you will be charged the FULL CLASS FEE to reschedule the class.

4. Late arrivals are not admitted to the class and are treated as "no shows".

5. GUARANTEE TO PASS. If you take one of our live classes, we guarantee you will pass the state exam. If you fail the state exam, you may retake the class at no charge. The retake fee for your state exam is $20.

6. ONLINE CLASS. We do not offer a GUARANTEE that you pass the state exam if you take the online class.
